Our Mission: ListenUp SHEro's provides motivational sessions, executive coaching, and impactful masterclasses to EMPOWER, EVOLVE, and EXCEL audiences to harness and tap into their superpowers!
Every individual has patterns and behaviors that hold them back from reaching their highest potential. ListenUp SHEro provides expert advice and impactful motivation to start a new journey towards not only achieving your goals but exceeding them.
ListenUp SHEro’s began as a creed/motto exclaimed during Dr. Airies' public appearances and speaking engagements. The ListenUp SHEro’s message grew into a website based podcast and a monthly editorial feature called ‘The Dr. Airies Report’ in the African American Women in Business and Careers (AWBC) media magazine. Our work continues in the form of several keynotes and publications including Mission Matters: Women in Business v1 with 18 Women Business leaders-Book Chapter entitled “Emotionally Intelligent Wonder Women: Behold Our SHEro Leadership Powers at Work” via Amazon.
Notably, Dr. Airies is also the founder and CEO of WorkforcEQi LLC and the etiKID Academy LLC -M/WBE certified women-owned business. As an experienced and esteemed public speaker, her team aims to deliver empowering education, inspiration, and entertainment to a variety of diverse audiences. We strive to make every event an inclusive and memorable experience, placing a large emphasis on delivering actionable content to EMPOWER, EVOLVE, and EXCEL our audiences.
